While Americans speak of the Grammys as their most important music prize, Czech refer to their national equivalent as the Andĕl Awards. With only 26 years of age, newcomer Lenny has already won 6 of these fiercely contested awards. 

Her trademark – a smoky voice like no other which helps her break free of her charming innocent look and overcoming musical boundaries. Her compositions unite elements of Coldplays stadium anthems, Amy MacDonalds country character and Felix Jaehns chill-out-summer-beats. This is how Lenny manages to reinvent herself over and over, releasing unique tracks that hold up in an otherwise autotune-dominated market.

Lennys current debut album “Hearts“ and her hit single “Hell.o“ stand as prominent examples for this case. The latter, being elected as song of the year in the czech republic, dominating Spotifys and iTunes airplay-charts and immediately going gold in Italy.
