Marc Martel selbst: “Once again, postponing doesn’t feel good, and I’m sure it
doesn’t feel good to any of you in those 5 cities, especially those of you traveling
great distances, or who received your tickets as gifts — I hate that for you, and
understand any sadness and frustration you might have. I just keep imagining
all of your faces as you read this news, or pass it on to someone else. I’m
disappointed and frustrated that the 5 days of rest I took last week weren’t
enough but thank you especially for your patience as we work through this stuff!”
Weitere Informationen folgen in Kürze.
Revolutionary and unique – that is how QUEEN has been described many times.
Since Freddie Mercury`s death in 1991 his artistic work has still been paid tribute to – the original band members as well as several cover and tribute bands dedicate themselves to this incredible repertoire. But one thing always seemed to be clear: There will never be a voice like Freddies` again. So the music world was quite surprised, as the video of canadian singer Marc Martel went viral (more than 30 million views). With this video Martel applied as a singer for Brian Mays and Roger Taylors Queen-Show “Queen Extravaganza”. Everyone, who has seen the video, understands why May and Taylor immediately chose him to front their show.
Since then Marc Martel, who spent 13 years with canadian rockers “Downhere” touring the globe, has forged an incredible career especially in QUEENrelated shows in the US with performances on Ellen DeGeneres and on canadian TV for Celine Dion. In winter 2020 he will be touring Germany, Switzerland and Austria with his spectacular show “One Vision Of Queen feat. Marc Martel”. QUEEN fans can look forward to an extraordinary evening.
